Opportunities

Talent lies at the core of Momentum: both internal to our operations and in our delivery to clients. We are constantly seeking talent with six distinct engagement routes:

-               Summer intern: we provide structured opportunities for undergraduates in business-related subjects seeking summer internships, mainly working on research efforts with our consulting teams.

-               Associate Consultant Undergraduate: this is the main entry level within our team. Usually following exceptional performance in a summer internship, the Associate Consultant Undergraduate (ACU) would be engaged to continue his or her academic programme whilst gaining hands-on experience and mentoring at Momentum. Pursuant to graduation, the career path of the ACU is set to accelerate in actual engagements and growth opportunities.

-               Junior Consultant: this is the entry point for those management specialists and consultants with an existing experience and knowledge basis of the execution domain. The Junior Consultant would be initially moulded in our knowledge frameworks and methodologies to enable rapid development and immersion in our engagements, shortly taking an active role in our briefs.

-               Associate Consultant and Specialists: given our diverse range across industry specialisations, we developed an exceptional network of Associate Consultant and Specialists who are moulded in Momentum’s culture and methodology and capable of delivering specialist knowledge or in-depth know-how in particular service domains. These Associates are experienced managers or advisors with exceptional track-record and reputation, exclusively available to Momentum as an integral part of our delivery framework.

-               Senior roles: we are a very flat organisation. We are not keen on hierarchy or iterative reporting relationships. All our people are deployed to deliver solutions and face our clients. As Associates climb up the ladder they will assume project leadership roles and eventually be ready to take on vertical leadership in industry or service domain clusters. Our seniority is not driven by age or time but by achievement of results and performance.

-               Client Talent Framework: as an integral part of our talent management services delivery we identify, source, engage, nurture and deploy top talent for senior management and technical roles of our clients in vertical industries. In many instances, in delivering solutions to our clients we build the engagement of these resources as part of the solution, hence handing over a complete operational framework for our clients.
