Despite its size, over the years, Malta has grown into a hub for private investment. The sophistication of both the local enterprise and the operations promoted through foreign direct investment have grown both in profile and magnitude. We are keen to apply our experience in working alongside high-profile private equity and investment players to instill a private equity market in Malta, wherein local and foreign players can converge talent, capability, vision and financial capacity to develop business concepts and take them into operation. Our client-base would typically be seeking to either grow by bringing in fresh equity or investors seeking to diversify their portfolio into new segments.
We are not keen on crowding out existing legal, corporate, accounting and finance advisors but conversely we are passionate about creating value for both the investors and the ventures in which they invest.
